For referring professionals
Before you put your name on an introduction.
Family office counsel, private client insurance brokers, wealth advisers, residential security principals, and estate staffing agencies: this page is for you.
One professional to another
The right first step is not a referral.
It is a conversation with Katherine, one professional to another, before any client is named.
Phoenix stays inside a clearly defined role. It coordinates scope, shared risk questions, technical work, and handoffs with the household's existing advisors, and documents all of it.
What I will not do
- Draft, review, or opine on legal documents
- Change a security system or vendor contract without the household's written instruction
- Displace your firm from work it already does for the household
- Contact your client without you in the conversation
- Accept or pay a referral fee, in either direction
The relationship stays yours. So does the standard.
An introduction costs you almost nothing if it goes well, and costs you a fifteen-year relationship if it does not.

Security and technology providers
Where technical work is needed.

Phoenix does not do the technical work itself. Where the household wants a plan put in place, Phoenix brings in trusted partner firms and coordinates them with the household's existing security and technology providers. Phoenix takes no fee from any of them, and no vendor contract is changed without the household's written instruction.
If the household already has a trusted provider, that firm can do the work inside its own scope.
