What this website collects, and what it does not.
Phoenix AI Advisors keeps the information that reaches it to the minimum, and says plainly where it goes. Effective October 19, 2026.
In short
No tracking. No mailing list. Nothing sold.
- This website uses no cookies, no analytics, and no advertising or tracking tools.
- Phoenix does not sell, rent, or share personal information for marketing, and does not add anyone to a mailing list.
- You can ask for a copy of what Phoenix holds about you, or ask for it to be deleted, by writing to katherine@phoenixaiadvisors.com.
What is collected
Only what you choose to send.
Letters of recommendation requests. If you request the letters, Phoenix collects your full name, your email address, anything you choose to write about yourself, the date and time you accepted the confidentiality agreement, and the agreement version. This is emailed to Katherine Dietrich so she can review the request, choose the letters most relevant to you, keep a record of your acceptance, and send them.
Booking a conversation. The booking button opens Calendly, a scheduling service. The details you enter there are collected by Calendly under its own privacy policy and shared with Katherine so she can hold the appointment.
Email. If you write to Phoenix, your message and email address are kept in Katherine's email account so she can reply.
Website hosting. The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical information such as your IP address and browser type to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse. Phoenix does not use that information to identify or profile visitors.
Who else handles it
The services involved.
- Cloudflare hosts the website and delivers letters requests to Katherine's inbox.
- Calendly handles bookings, if you use the booking button.
- Microsoft provides Katherine's email, where correspondence is stored.
Each handles information under its own terms. Phoenix shares nothing else with them, and nothing with anyone for marketing.
How long it is kept
No longer than it is needed.
Letters requests, including the record that you accepted the confidentiality agreement, are kept for 90 days and then deleted. Other correspondence is kept only as long as it is useful to the conversation it belongs to.
If you ask for your information to be deleted sooner, Phoenix will delete it unless it must be kept to meet a legal obligation, and will tell you if that applies.
Households Phoenix works with
Client information is a separate matter.
This policy covers this website. Information Phoenix learns while working with a household is governed by the engagement agreement and by the rule that runs through all of Phoenix's work: what is learned in the house stays in the house.
This website is not directed at children, and Phoenix does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13 through it.
