For families

Authority stays exactly where it already sits.

Phoenix answers to the principal and the spouse. It assesses, recommends, and documents. You approve or decline. Nothing is adopted, purchased, or changed on Phoenix's authority.

Who decides

01

The Principal

Confidential guidance that protects your priorities and your household's information, and leaves every decision with you. Phoenix assesses, recommends, and documents. You approve or decline.

02

The Spouse

Either parent may direct this work, and nothing involving the children proceeds without both.

03

Kids & Teens

AI reaches young people in a household first. Parents are right to want a view of that. A view is not surveillance, and the difference is written down before anyone starts.

If the parents see it differently, Phoenix makes a recommendation and leaves the decision to them.

You do not have to be the one who raised the subject to be the one who sets the limits.

To the spouse

Your time

Two conversations, not twenty.

Two leather chairs in a sunlit morning room

The principal's time is the scarcest thing in the house.

Phoenix budgets it that way.

Two conversations, roughly an hour each. One at the start to set priorities and limits. One at the end to approve or decline what is recommended. That is the principal's commitment. Everything in between is done with the rest of the household, starting with whoever manages the house.

If the engagement continues, the principal's involvement is a short review at agreed milestones, and nothing else.

Where the children are concerned

A view is not surveillance.

What a parent sees and what stays private to a young person is a decision the parents make explicitly, in writing, at the start. Everyone in the house is told what was decided.

Phoenix never conducts covert monitoring, and does not access private logins, messages, or schoolwork. Phoenix does not sell, install, or operate monitoring software, and does not report to anyone on what a young person says, except where the law requires it.

If a family wants a monitoring product, that is a different service, and Phoenix will say so.

Nothing involving the children without both parents.

Where a court order or custody arrangement says otherwise, Phoenix follows it.

You are a person in this house with standing, not a risk to be managed.

To the young people in the house

Who comes into the house

Nobody you have not agreed to.

Where the household wants the plan put in place, Phoenix brings in trusted partner firms and coordinates their work. Phoenix takes no fee or commission from any of them.

Partners who work offsite are bound by an agreement with Phoenix. Partners who work in the house also sign the family's own confidentiality documents.

The household is never handed to a firm it has not met. The scope, the cost, and who will be in the house are agreed in writing first.

A private conversation

Begin with the household, not the technology.

If you are considering how AI belongs in a private household, Phoenix can help you frame the right questions before any decision is made.
