The people who wrote these letters are private, and so are their households. The letters are shared individually, under a confidentiality agreement, and their authors are not contacted directly. Read the agreement and tell Katherine a little about yourself. She reads each request personally and emails you the letters most relevant to your situation.

Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement

This Agreement is between Phoenix AI Advisors, LLC, acting through Katherine Dietrich (“Phoenix”), and the person submitting this request (“you”). It takes effect when you check the acceptance box and submit this form.
1. Purpose
You are asking to read letters of recommendation written about Katherine Dietrich by people who have worked with her (the “Letters”). You want to read them only to evaluate Phoenix and Katherine Dietrich for a possible engagement or introduction (the “Purpose”).
2. Confidential Information
“Confidential Information” means the Letters and everything in them, including the names, roles, and contact details of the people who wrote them (the “Authors”), and any non-public information about any household, family, principal, employer, client, or staff member described in or identifiable from the Letters, such as identities, residences, schedules, travel, security arrangements, finances, health, family matters, staff, vendors, and personal affairs.
3. Your obligations
You agree to: (a) keep Confidential Information strictly confidential; (b) use it only for the Purpose; (c) not copy, forward, screenshot, publish, or post the Letters or any part of them, including on social media or websites; (d) share them only with your own advisors who need to see them for the Purpose and who are bound to keep them confidential; and (e) not contact any Author, or any household named or described in the Letters, without Katherine Dietrich’s prior written permission.
4. Return or deletion
On request from Phoenix, or once you no longer need them for the Purpose, you will delete or destroy all copies of the Letters in your possession.
5. No obligation to share
Submitting a request does not obligate Phoenix to share any Letter. Phoenix decides which Letters, if any, to share, and may decline a request at any time.
6. Exceptions
This Agreement does not restrict disclosure of information that is already public through no fault of yours, or disclosure required by law or court order, provided you give Phoenix prompt notice where legally permitted.
7. Term and remedies
Your obligations under this Agreement continue indefinitely. You acknowledge that unauthorized disclosure could harm the Authors, the households described, and Phoenix in ways that money alone cannot remedy, and that Phoenix may seek injunctive relief in addition to any other remedies available by law.
8. Governing law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.
9. Electronic acceptance
By typing your full name, checking the acceptance box, and submitting this form, you agree that this Agreement is binding as if signed in writing, consistent with the federal E-SIGN Act and the Florida Uniform Electronic Transaction Act. You may print this page for your records.
