How we work

Seven rules, written down before anyone starts.

Every household is different. These rules are not. They are stated at the start of every engagement, to the family and to the staff.

The household decides. Phoenix recommends.Nothing is adopted, purchased, or changed on Phoenix's authority, and no recommendation is presented as inevitable.
Nothing involving the children without both parents.Either parent may direct the work. Anything touching the children needs both, unless a court order or custody arrangement says otherwise.
What is learned in the house stays in the house.No case studies, no names, no stories. Ever.
Independent advice. Open books.If something needs to be built, you will know who builds it, what it costs, and how Phoenix is paid.
If AI is the wrong answer, Phoenix says so.Some households want a monitoring product. That is a different service, and Phoenix will tell you.
Two conversations, not twenty.The principal's time is the scarcest thing in the house, and it is budgeted that way.
Preparation, not inspection.The inventory exists to fix the house, never to establish who did what.

What Phoenix does not do.

Sign for the household, hold its accounts, convene its family, or direct its staff
Conduct covert monitoring, or access private logins, messages, or schoolwork
Sell, install, or operate monitoring software
Run private household details through consumer AI tools during an assessment
Draft or review legal documents
Change a security system or vendor contract without the household's written instruction

Phoenix works from the minimum information necessary and de-identifies sensitive information when appropriate.
